We want you to love your planning experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused planner or accessories back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
